Long ago in a far away arena I had the pleasure of spending an evening covering KISS in concert. Also this evening I met a photographer who now calls us, “pit buddies”, my wonderful friend, Tina Hagerling.
I am 6’2” tall, the stage this evening was about 6’5” because of the hydraulic lifts used by the band. We stood off to the side so the crew could catch the curtain when it came down and take it away. The curtain dropped, fireworks went off and KISS descended down on the platforms they were on. It was quite the show to witness and I was thrilled to be there with my camera.
