Video posts are now being shared as reels! Originally reels were only vertical videos, now Instagram is allowing the square ratio, this will be interesting to see how this new update will affect the different aspect ratios. Instagram and Facebook have always been pushing vertical videos and encouraging users to post more reels!
Instagram Reel:
Enhance your reels with music, effects and editing tools.
Your account is public, so anyone can discover your reels and use your original audio to create a new reel.
Anyone can create a remix with your reel and download it as part of their remix. You can turn off remixing from your settings or on each reel.
Since videos are becoming reels, your previous settings for sharing videos on Facebook no longer apply. You're currently allowing your reels to be recommended on Facebook to a Public audience using your Instagram username.
